Experience You Can Trust

Founded in December 2012 as Kentucky Case Management, a Medicaid waiver-based case management agency, we have evolved into a person-centered team of professionals serving our clients through Adult Day Training Programs, Residential Family Home Providers and Case Management Services.

To better reflect our current commitment to excellence in multiple service areas, we elected to rebrand our company in 2022. Previously known as Kentucky Case Management, we are now known as Alliance Community Services. The Alliance brand better serves our desire to capture our complete mission to provide person centered services through a commitment to “Compassion, Innovation and Dedication.”

Our Mission

We are dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools needed to gain greater independance and enhance their quality of life through Compassion, Innovation, and Dedication.

Alliance Community Work Partnership

The Alliance Community Work Program is an extension of our Adult Day Training Service (ADT). Our ADT seeks to empower individuals by focusing on the daily improvement of selected goals and objectives in the areas of independence, community engagement, social interaction, budgeting, hygiene, appropriate/professional communication and self-advocacy. As we advance our mission to promote independence, the next natural step for our ADT is to provide employment opportunities for our individuals by creating an “Alliance” with Community Work Partners.

Referrals

We are accepting referrals for Case Management, ADT and Residential. For more information, please send us an email.

“People with disabilities are the largest and fastest-growing minority group in the world. This untapped talent pool includes more than 750 million individuals,” writes Valentini Kalagyrou. Disability inclusion significantly widens the talent pool – a major benefit for today’s organizations given the recent talent shortages resulting from The Great Resignation.

Being disabled is the one group that you don’t have to be born into – you can become disabled at any time. So, my fight for equality and disability justice should be your fight, because you may very well become a person with a disability one day.”
